Here are some PMC backgrounds for anyone to use in any of their Neopet Pages. I will be adding more so check back often. Some of the Neopet Pages allow CSS and some do not so please copy and paste either the HTML Version or the CSS Version for each of these backgrounds. Please do not change the code in anyway since The PMC must get the credit for the design.
