PMC's Adoption Agency

The PMC adoption Agency is run by mourned_love. If you want to see the Adoption Agency click on the link to the left. This Adoption Agency is designed to give Limited Edition Pets or Painted Pets to members who want them. Some members have access to the Laboratory Ray and keep zapping their pets until it is Painted or a Limited Edition and then will then add it to our Adoption Agency. This is a great way to have our members get great pets for FREE. Now we do have certain rules that must be followed in order to qualify for one of these pets. Below is listed the rules and the process in how to get one of the pets in the Adoption Agency.

Rules

must be in the guild at least one month before qualifing to adopt a pet.
must have been playing neopets with the account your are playing on at least 4 months or you do not qualify
If you do not qualify for a pet example: non guild member, not playing neopets over 4 months or have not been with the guild for over 1 month your neomail request will be deleted and no responce given.
this minimizes users joining just to get a great pet and then leaving.
once you have adopted a pet you are not allowed to adopt another for at least one month.
must be active in the guild such as posting some neopets related messages in the message board.
one of neopets rules is:- "ONLY 4 pets per account". so if you have 4 pets already you have reached neopets limit. NO adoption.
sorry we do NOT accept pets that are not painted, limited edition or restricted.

must not charge ANYONE for adopting the pet.
anyone asking for NP to adopt the pet should be reported to mourned_love.
there are NO exceptions to these rules.
Adoption Process
after you have contacted mourned_love and qualify for the adoption then mourned_love will put you in contact with the member giving the pet away
once you have been in contact with the member giving the pet away there is a tricky process to get the pet you desire
I would recommend contacting them in aol, aim, yahoo, msn or any other instant messenger program
the person giving the pet up has to goto the Neopet Adoption Agency and giving their pet up for adoption
the person adopting the pet has to be in the Neopets Adoption Agency to adopt a pet at the exact same time.
this is why an instant messenger is very important so the person giving to pet up can tell them exactly when they have given it away
the person adopting the pet should already have the pets name in the Adopt a Pet section of Neopets so they can get it before someone else
there is NO GUARANTEE that you will get the pet but if you use the messenger and people are quick then the chances are very good
