Council Positions

Main Council Positions are positions for members that are very active and help the other members a great deal. If one of the "main" 5 council members are in-active for a great while then they might be asked to step down from the council to open a spot for someone who is much more involved with the guild. (The exception is searay_lover_181 he is there he does not talk and we are still trying to figure out if he got lost somewhere and cannot find his way home) Being involved does not nessesarily mean that one has to be active on the message board many "main" council members see a message and then neomail the answers to the person directly. When a "main" council position is open we have a few rules before the spot is filled. Listed below are some of the requirements when a council position is open.

you must be in the Guild at least one month before applying for a Council Position
you must have the Guild's banner up in your shop
you must be an Executive Level 2+ to join the "Main" Council
we would like to see you active and help others as much as possible
main council members will be updated with their tasks when they are chosen

New "Council Member" position has been designed because there are only 5 "main" council member positons and many members that are GREAT but there is just no room. So I have designed this new position. Listed below are the duties that they perform and who is currently looking after that postion. More than one person can be involved in each category. All "main" council members are given the authority to complete most of the tasks below as well. If any Council Members have any questions or concerns please contact widowmaker181 or morto39.

Extended Mall Monitor - keeps track of the Extended Mall and reporting any changes needed to widowmaker181

Guild Calender Monitor - ensures that no bad posts are listed and that all special events are listed each month

Guild Message Board Manager - ensures that all the guild board monitors are doing their jobs and all positions are full

Avatar Update Manager - will update the website each day a new avatar comes out and the way to get it will be posted on the website. Please wait for the website to be updated before explaining it in the message board.

Guild Advertising Spokesperson - whenever they have time to advertise the guild in the Neo Boards
